    - A miter gauge consists of a long thin guide, which rides in the miter slot of your table saw (some band saws also have miter slots),

      Quality of the mitre gauge was a lot better than I was expecting, it’s also a lot bigger as shown in the pictures.
      It needs a little bit of fettling to get it 100% accurate so the angles are repeatable but it has this built into the design.
      Its pretty robust and fitted my Scheppach Precisa 3.0 saw perfectly. I have added the size of slot in my table as a reference.
      The angle markings are clear and easily read.

      I will add a wood fence to the front at a later date.

        There are two knobs; the small black one - this locks the fixed angles parts. And there is the large handle that can be turned, this locks the full plate. So, to set an angle between the stops; untighten the black knob, move the gauge in whatever angle you want, then lock down the handle tightly, as the handle will be the only mechanism now locking the fence, but should be tight enough imho.

        Pleasecheck the size of your slide slot. If it is 19mm wide and 9,5mm (or more) deep than this miter gauge will fit. If you have different size of slide slot you still can convert gauge to use it. For example I have 15mm x 6mm slot and use this gauge. You have to buy or prepare profile that will fit inside the slot and make in it four holes, two with M5 and two with M6 threads. Please check the photo on my review of this gauge.
